Booking & Confirmation

  • Customers can book our services through our website, call center, or WhatsApp.

  • Booking confirmation is subject to technician availability.

  • Once confirmed, customers will receive a service appointment notification.

Payment & Charges.

  • Service charges are displayed transparently on our website and will be communicated before service confirmation.

  • Payments can be made via online modes, cash, or UPI at the time of service.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra spare parts or special services not covered under standard service packages.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Customers can cancel or reschedule their service at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a nominal cancellation fee.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, ROService.org.in reserves the right to reschedule the service.

Warranty & Liability

  • Services come with a limited warranty on parts and labor as per the brand’s policy.

  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damages caused by improper handling of the RO system before our service.

  • Customers are advised to inspect their RO system post-service and report any concerns within 24 hours

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details regarding the issue and RO model during service booking.

  • Maintain regular servicing as per manufacturer recommendations for optimal performance.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes regarding services should be reported to our customer support team within 7 days.

  • We aim to resolve customer complaints amicably; however, unresolved issues may be escalated as per legal guidelines.
